Reporting to the Supervisor of the Transmission Division, you will be responsible to perform complex clerical and/or administrative tasks in support of the Transmission Division for Saskatchewan. As an Administrative Support (Level 1) you will have some latitude for independent action but work is subject to regular review. There may be some requirement to co-ordinate the actions of others either inside or outside the transmission unit.
Part-time – 20 hours per week
Excellent command of French is required
You possess the following:
High school graduation certificate, or equivalent; two years’ experience performing relatively similar work, including, if not previously acquired, experience with mainstream computer software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
Bilingualism (English-French) is required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
Self-starter who takes initiative.
Excellent organizational skills.
Open to new working methods.
Able to work in teams or alone.
Able to establish and follow priorities.
Able to work in an environment with strict deadlines.
Able to communicate clearly within various sectors.
Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
