Food & Beverage Shift Manager
1 Permanent Full-Time Position
Salary range: $29.21 – $37.81 (hourly)

Reporting to the Manager of Food and Beverage Services, the Food and Beverage Shift Manager is primarily responsible for the overall management of food and beverage operations including the restaurants, casino floor, bars, function rooms, show lounge and cafeteria as the manager on duty at Casino Regina. This position is accountable for planning, organizing, coordinating, supervision, and monitoring all Food and Beverage operations including customer service, scheduling and labor control, general supervision of floor staff and supervisors, facilities and equipment to ensure guest and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and minimum of six to ten years related work experience in a high volume fast paced food service operation (chain restaurant, hotel or casino). This will also include a minimum of 3 years of supervisory/management experience managing people and resources in a customer service setting (i.e. revenue generation, monitoring budgets, controlling expenditures, conducting presentations, and/or leading team meetings). An acceptable combination of education and experience may be considered.

Encouraging individuals to be accountable for their own development by including a diverse range of learning activities.

You must be able obtain and maintain a Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority – Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration. You must be willing to work shift work including evenings and weekends.
