Carlyle Printers Service & Supplies is searching for a highly organized Operations Team Leader with a minimum of 5 years of office and leadership experience. This position also includes customer interaction and day to day administration responsibilities.
Who is Carlyle?
Carlyle is one of the fastest growing printing equipment and supplies companies in Manitoba. Our team of 30 provide our customers with a full managed print service solution, from desktop printers and toner to high speed colour copiers, with the two best brands in the business – HP and Canon. The Carlyle leadership team is composed of 2 owners and 4 team leaders, one for each division in the company. A team leader is expected to contribute to the day to day detailed operations of the company, as well as working and coaching team members for better performance. Team leaders are all responsible for moving forward 5 key priorities per quarter for their division in an effort to continually improve the operation. The successful candidate will be given the freedom to really make this role their own and help shape the company moving forward.

What are the minimum requirements?

  • Minimum of 5 years of office / leadership experience
  • Must have excellent phone manner and enjoy working with customers
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word
  • Good understanding of inventory related systems and good with numbers
  • Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English.

What will my job responsibilities be?

  • The team leader will be required to become proficient at every area of the company including, Purchasing, A/P, A/R, Order Desk, Contracts
  • You will be responsible for the day to day operations of one of the areas of the business with a 60/40 split between personal work and management.
