If you have a taste for finance, statistics and analysis, and you just finished your graduation, look no further! We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for developing and tracking key performance indicators that will help us understand and make better business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct accounting due diligence and audit processes to prepare for integration.
• Remove existing accounting/finance processes and integrate the newly acquired company to Valsoft’s system.
• Create the forecasts and budgets with the General Managers to create visibility, roadmaps and accountability.
• Work alongside internal M&A team with financial analysis, reporting and forecasting.
• Develop and present strategies to improve performance, minimize risk and capture new opportunities to senior management.
• Run full financial analysis on potential targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.
• Lead integration of acquired targets.

Required Experience:

• Successful completion of a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting. (John Molson Business School preferably)
• 0-1 years’ experience in private equity and/or finance setting.
• Strong understanding of technology and experience in analyzing technology companies.

• Ability to create a working model using data provided by the target to discern the return potential of acquisitions.
• Strong quantitative background and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $57,000.00 to $62,000.00 /year
