Capstone Ridge Group is looking for experienced Senior Business Analysts with Retail experience as we continue to grow in both Manitoba’s public and private sectors.

Capstone Ridge Group is a local management and information systems consulting firm with a primary focus on helping organizations improve performance. We have experienced practitioners with credentials in management consulting, project management, organizational change management, business process management, business analysis, systems analysis and quality assurance.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of five years recent experience as a Business Analyst with specific retail focus
• Ability to influence and engage all levels of stakeholders with specific experience at the senior level in a retail environment
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including facilitation skills
• University degree or college diploma relevant to business analysis or equivalent education and experience with CBAP certification a strong asset
• Strategic, critical and analytical thinking, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Technical and analytical experience in areas such as systems development, modelling, cost/benefit analysis and feasibility analysis
• Team leadership, coaching and mentoring
• Align performance for success and see the ‘big picture’ while maintaining awareness of details
