We are a Material Handling Equipment dealership and we are looking for someone with a minimum 3 years experience to manage our customers parts, service and rental needs
.The successful candidate must have strong computer data entry skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Mechanical and parts knowledge will be required to be considered for the position.
Duties include the coordination and prioritization of customer service requests, writing estimates, tracking work orders and creating purchase orders for parts and branch services. Position is also responsible for submitting warranty claims as per Manufacturers policies and procedures.
You need to perform timely follow-ups with the technicians and customers to assure meeting requirements. You will orders parts for service jobs, customer orders and shop inventory, Shipping and receiving is also required.
Your major skills will include attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication and show initiative and responsibility in your role as a key part of branch operations. Typing skills must be at 55-65 words per minute. Knowledge of the Silk programs would be an asset but is not necessary.
3 years experience working in an Automotive or Industrial Shop is required
