Please note: This position is located at Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital, approximately 30 minutes outside of Metro.
The Food Production Worker is responsible for food production and service to clients, patients, residents, clients of Meals on Wheels and staff. They are required to wash and store dishes, sanitize equipment and working areas, receive food items and store them properly. Consult with patients and write up likes and dislikes. Keep track of inventory. Prepare and cater foods that are required for meetings.
* Grade XII
* Knowledge of special diets and cooking experience is preferred
* Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Food Production Worker:
$18.7419 – $20.4400 hourly

This is a NSGEU Support Agreement – Support Bargaining unit position. Preference is given to bargaining unit employees for unionized positions.
