Reporting to CEO and working closely with the sales team, Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks :

Ensure reception of e-mails, evaluate the importance of the requests by e-mail and forward them to the person of authority who will be able to follow them up;

Manage CEO’s Agenda;

Coordinate business travel, ensuring optimal travel and costs;

Write, review and validate the content of various technical, official, internal and external communications and documents, as well as CEO’s correspondence;

Translate different documents from French to English and vice-versa;

Collaborate with members of the sales team to provide them with editorial support for their projects;

Consolidate information and produce periodic sales reports to highlight trends;

Ensure the accuracy of the information between delivery slip and billing;

Participate in various committees / meetings related to this field of activity;

Perform other related duties.
