HR Solutions Manager – Supply Chain – C04F1Y We are looking for a Human Resources Business Manager who will develop, leverage and support targeted talent solutions which drive high impact business results. Reporting to the HR Business Associate Vice President, the HR Manager works closely with Distribution Centre leaders; providing coaching and driving strategic talent priorities; managing organizational change; and fostering positive employee relations while reinforcing the brand and organization culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership and talent strategies to deliver business results through manager and team capability and performance
  • Develop plans and customized solutions to support organizational transformation and large scale project implementation
  • Partner with colleagues in communities of expertise to design and deliver agile, high impact HR programs aligned with business needs
  • Deliver best in class talent management solutions to accelerate performance and drive employee engagement
  • Support the development of career and talent mobility across the business (or family of companies)
  • Participate in the design and delivery of people plans for business partners in order to achieve their business objectives
  • Act as talent scout to identify, develop and retain the best talent. Coach leaders to do the same.
  • Plan and analyze talent using data and analytics to develop insights and recommend talent management or organizational solutions to the business.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant discipline
  • 5 – 7 years Human Resources experience implementing business-focused HR plans with a minimum 2 years people leadership experience
  • Experience supporting a large hourly, multi-shift environment (union or non-union)
  • Project management experience and proven success in planning, leading and implementing human resources initiatives and large scale projects
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of human capital metrics
  • Skilled facilitator
  • Significant Talent Management and Organizational Design & Effectiveness experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in a shared service HR model an asset
  • Relevant industry experience an asset
