Reporting to the
Manager, Small Business Group, the Small Business Group Sales
Representative is responsible for collaborating with internal and
external partners to maintain and develop a portfolio of new and
established clients in order to increase sales and maximize
growth/profitability. This role also follows up with leads generated
from all Mark’s Commercial (

B2B

) channels.

Working from an assigned client base, the

Small Business Group Sales Representative

is responsible for researching the needs of the clients and tailoring purchasing programs/documents for them

. The Representative will

own a portfolio of accounts ($2,500 and up) and

strive to add new accounts to portfolio.

You will also:
Build strong customer relationships

Follow up on customer leads with a “TODAY” focus (within 24 hours)

Complete Portfolio Maintenance (i.e. adding new accounts,
closing accounts, updating data, etc.) on a continuous
basis

Ensure clients’ and prospects’
database information is up to date through proper utilization of the iMS
(Inventory Management System)

software

Collaborate with geographical team of Regional Sales
Managers, Corporate Sales Managers, and Sales Support Representatives to
maximize clients’ potential for the products & services offered by

Mark’s Commercial

Set and achieve

sales and profitability

targets

Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings by sharing sales opportunities and methodologies

Prepare monthly reports on upcoming Sales Exposures and Pipeline (tentative sales)

Implement and document results from new advertising campaigns

Complete quarterly inputs into the performance appraisal system for review with the Manager quarterly and annually

Complete regular account profiling activities.

What you have done:
2-3 years related experience in a customer service/sales environment.

What you bring:
Bilingual

; ability to speak and write fluently in both

French and English

is required

Strong sales ability; ability to be persuasive

Excellent customer service skills

Effective decision making skills

Ability to collaborate in a large team environment.
