We are currently looking for Domestic Content Administrator (4 month contract) – to join our team in Guelph:

The Domestic Content (DC) administrator is responsible for supporting the documentation control portion of the business.

Responsibilities:
Track and Maintain all Domestic Content (DC) documentation for CAMO & CSCC
Helping to maintain and control Engineering documents and drawings pertaining to the manufacturing of modules and MV Stations, including PDF conversion, photocopying and transmittals in their absence
Maintain domestic content related contractual documents in database for clients to access.
Audit domestic content records from EPC partners to ensure compliance and that records are kept up to date
Responsible for the effective and timely distribution of DC documentation
Responsible for providing all documentation requested by customers to help support DC audits as requested by the OPA
Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Canadian Solar Code of Business Conduct.
Adhere to all health and safety rules and company policies
Complete other duties and projects as assigned
Help support other DC Administrators as required
Some travel may be required

Qualifications and Experience:
2-3 years Document Control/Configuration Management experience is an asset
Understanding of OPA FIT rules would be an asset
Diploma in Business Management, or similar experience, preferred
Must possess strong attention to detail, highly organized, effective communication skills, and ability to prioritize
Knowledge of project documentation and engineering terminology is essential
Self-starter and able to work independently, with little supervision and as a member of a team
Able to use internet as a resource for research and problem solving
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint and other cloud based software ie. Box, Quickbase, etc.
Able to work additional hours if required
Strong computer skills
