Areas of Responsibility:
Floor Host Personnel will provide prompt, courteous and professional service to the Tavern United MTS guests. Working as part of a team, Floor Hosts will have a direct impact on the general success in all areas of Canad Inns and its Clubs. The Floor Host will help initiate a gateway that promises a fun, up-beat and safe atmosphere.

The Floor Host will articulately communicate both verbally and in writing; be organized, accurate and reliable, able to recognize and resolve problems quickly and efficiently with a positive, yet confident and assertive attitude that is able to take direction and multi-task. Candidates should be clean with good hygiene habits, detail-oriented, have an extroverted personality, and enjoy meeting and speaking to a variety of people.

Must have the ability to acquire Serving it Safe certification, a Criminal Record Check, First Aid and CPR as well as the ability to work days/evenings and/or weekends.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Security Personnel will act as a positive spokesperson for the Tavern United MTS and Canad Inns; Assume accountability and responsibility of all duties as assigned by management; Attend staff meetings and training seminars as necessary; Deal with a very loud environment in a fast-paced atmosphere, large crowds, and Maintain a good level of fitness.

Candidates MUST be able to stand, walk, and remain on their feet and perform job duties during their shift while working quickly and quietly.

Key Skills and Requirements:
Technical Service Skills… Demonstrate understanding of the technical service skills for assigned area (i.e. food & beverage service, housekeeping, etc.)
