Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Greet guests as they arrive and show them to their seats.
Direct service staff of any specific needs related to disabilities or food allergies.
Effectively handle and resolve concerns or needs as needed during performance.
Flexibility to work various shifts is an asset.
Must be able to deal with conflict in a reasonable and responsible manner.
Ability to adjust to new surroundings and locations according to department needs.
Must be comfortable following directions precisely and adhering to Stampede policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Provide exceptional customer service and consistently demonstrate professionalism.
Ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment
A minimum of one year in a customer service environment is preferred.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands
Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Occasional pushing, pulling and repetitive continuous arm, hand
and finger movements, crouching, reaching and bending. Visual acuity is required. Walking and standing on concrete floor.
