Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Deliver high standards of customer service in greeting, responding to, and providing direction for both internal and external clients
Assist in data entry and picture management
Ensure Accreditation integrity by following business processes
Liaise with and support the Western Events and Agriculture department in the accreditation process
Process Photos and print accreditation for new clients
Support the Accreditation Supervisor and Western Events and Agriculture department as required

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be proactive, optimistic and have worked in a dynamic environment where they have experience delivering on multiple priorities and will hold the following qualifications:
Customer service experience
Above average written and oral communications skills
Ability to determine priorities and recognize importance of deadlines
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and ability to learn new software
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
Knowledge of Rodeo, Chuckwagon and Agricultural events an asset
Experience working with SharePoint would be a definite asset
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
