Job description:
Under the C3 Project Manager, the chosen candidate will be responsible for visiting different types of businesses to verify specific issues concerning customer service (price, displays), check if company protocol is followed (uniform, greeting, staff activity) and test employee knowledge by asking predetermined questions (availability, location or advice on services offered or product use). Depending on the type of survey, small purchases might be required, but are reimbursed either by our agency or directly at the business visited. On-line questionnaires must be filled out 12 hours following visits. The identity of the person remains confidential.
