Responsibilities:
Project Manager:
- Role: Project Manager of site-level projects + site initiatives.
- Responsible for managing the physical job plan binder for each site based project (binder to start with completed Job Plan, followed by completed forms to any box checked + supplementary forms)
- Responsible for developing, planning, documenting, and coordinating site-based projects, including abiding by Imperial’s documentation and project planning expectations
- Responsible for adhering to and completing the required paperwork set out in CFO’s procedure manuals and global practices / other Imperial requirements
- Responsible for physically overseeing projects in the capacity of Field Supervisor / Imperial rep
- List of projects to be completed:
Field Supervisor:
- Role: Responsible for being outside in the field overseeing work crews
- Reviews & verifies crews compliance to their work plan, contractor’s procedures and CFO’s procedures. Holds crews responsible in following a step by step procedure.
- Ensures sufficient lead time is provided to site manager of upcoming work, and site supervisor is reviewing & signing off on work plans
- Support Terminal Manager in providing oversight to various project teams / site based activities to ensure effective supervision of various short service workers and/or critical work, at direction of terminal manager. Attends projects planning meetings.
- Assist in interfacing & logistics between groups and between Operations and Project Work activities.

- Attend morning tailgates
- Other duties as directed by Area Manager / Terminal Manager, including potentially administrative work
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous experience supervising work teams / managing projects
- operations experience an asset
- (Project manager role) – Project Manager designation an asset (e.g. PMP)
- Familiarity with Behaviour Based Safety Programs
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs an asset
- WHMIS
- PPE (FRC and Steel Tow Shoes) an asset
