Bruce Auto Group is a family owned and oriented business that is currently seeking an enthusiastic, and customer focused individual to join our Sales Team. As a Customer Communications Specialist, you will have a people oriented personality, outstanding customer service, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

You will be responsible for:
Contacting (outbound calls) existing customers and establishing a positive relationship
Identify customer needs and providing relevant information to customers who may be in a position to upgrade their vehicle
Schedule and confirm appointment
Identify business opportunities and use dealer’s marketing strategies to promote vehicles
Using company software and updating customer information
Follow up with customers
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is always maintained
Respecting customer information in a confidential manner

What we are looking for:
Previous sales experience

Completion of high school or equivalent

Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision
