Brandt has a position available for a Senior Legal Counsel in the Regina Head Office . Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Senior Legal Counsel will provide advice and support to Brandt managers and executives regarding corporate governance, commercial transactions, and acquisitions. Duties will include but are not limited to drafting and reviewing legal and corporate documents, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice and counsel for the various aspects of the organization’s operations.

Required Skills

Required Experience

The successful candidate will have 2 to 10 years’ experience preferably in corporate commercial and real-estate transactions. Experience in managing litigation matters would also be viewed as an asset.
