At target, you would earn approximately $62,500 annually, and, if you desire $75,000 and beyond, you will be excited about no limitations on over-achievement. This is a sales growth position with endless possibilities, but let’s be realistic – to earn on over-achievement – you have to over-achieve.

Team Position Description:

  • Build and manage retail prospects and customers.
  • Identify and present advertising solutions using our sales tools.
  • Negotiate and structure sales agreements.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for new business and renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Respond promptly to assigned inbound sales inquiries.
  • Consistently deliver against aggressive revenue targets.
  • Deliver Customer Service focus and superior follow up.
  • Act as an ambassador of the brand.
  • Work with the creative team to develop strong offers for our clients.
  • Work with other Boom team members to develop new customer solutions and strategies.

About You:

  • A retail sales or direct sales background.
  • You are motivated to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Positive contributor to office culture and team dynamics. Team player.
  • Cold calling, objection handling and closing are your strongest traits.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Strong personal discipline skills, self-managing, self-motivated, in particular.
  • Fast paced, deadline-oriented, sense of urgency environment is your comfort zone.
  • Creative, innovative thinker with the ability to think on your feet to tailor products and services to meet client needs.
  • Understand the value of using a Customer Needs Analysis as part of the sales process.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiarity with a CRM program (ie: Salesforce).
  • Strong interest in Internet advertising and social media such as Facebook and Twitter.
