Our Accounting firm is seeking a full time/part time (some flexibility) bookeeper. This position includes record keeping, payroll, government reporting & remittances, bank & other reconciliations, accounts payable, T-slip and WCB preparation. Experience with Sage 50 and Microsoft Office are required, accounting software programs including Caseware and Taxprep are an asset.
Our office provides a variety of services to a diverse clientele. The successful candidate must have strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to multi task with accuracy in a fast paced environment, and a minimum of three years experience. Public practice experience is preferred. This position is not suitable for senior CPA students who are working towards their professional designation.
