Maintenance of retailer vehicle stop delivery block system.
Technical campaign administration including determination of chassis ranges and Service Information bulletin creation.
Maintenance of Recall VIN look-up file.
Warranty extension documentation, setup and roll-out.
Launch and conduct ongoing maintenance of a Recall and Stop Delivery Retailer summary information page on-line.
Task owner for Takata airbag recall completion initiatives and report generation.
Assist with the Quebec Zero Emission Vehicle regulation annual reporting requirements.
Assist with the determination and compilation of data associated with Government information requests related to defect investigations and compliance audits.
Internal Preparation and distribution on an ongoing basis of a VIN decipherment chart.
Prepare and circulate annual vehicle fuel consumption information to internals and government agencies.
Assist with ongoing federal Government chemicals management plan notices that require records search and reporting.
Departmental “whiteboard” related to technical campaigns.
Responding to ongoing inquiries from Retailers/Aftersales colleagues/Customer Interaction Centre re: technical campaign VIN applicability, parts availability, and timing of customer letter mailings.
Setup and processing of in-house small volume recall customer letter mailings.
Purchase Request creation, and follow through on Purchase Order and Invoice Processing associated with campaign mailings.
Various initiatives to assist with recall completion rates.
Recall clearance letter process associated with private importation of U.S. market vehicles into Canada.
Other duties as required.
College diploma or University degree in an automotive field
OEM corporate technical or vehicle compliance related experience preferred
Current automotive and technical background
Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
