Job Title: Healthcare/RFID Technician

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Vancouver based low-voltage technician with RFID expertise to install Healthcare security systems.

You’ll:
Install and service multiple small to large integrated security systems in the Healthcare sector
Properly maintain as-builds and all system documentation while systems are installed
Interface with customers to resolve installation system service concerns and questions
Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Interface and update operations with job status and project issues
Train end users on proper use of their security system
Ensure all systems are installed professionally in a time efficient manner.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to manage costs and delivery

Requirements:
Experience installing and servicing any systems used for RFID (Hugs, EXI Halo/Roam Alert, Code Alert, AeroScout, or any others)
Experience with Nursecall, Wandering Patient, or RTLS
Knowledge of Enterprise-class providers like Lenel, Avigilon, Kantech, Milestone, or ICT.
High-level network and programming experience (Cisco, March, etc).
Proficiency using computer and operating systems, Windows 7&8, Windows Server OS’s and SQL.
Ideally, an electrical or electronics education
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
BC Security Alarm installer license
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to lift/move and operate equipment up to 75 lbs
