Consistently provide a great customer experience through
greeting and serving the transactional banking needs of all personal and
commercial banking customers promptly, courteously, knowledgeably and
professionally always striving to exceed customer expectations. Recognize the
appropriate time to proactively identify and discuss customer’s needs,
initiating referrals or fulfilling as appropriate in order to add value to the
customer relationship and achieve individual and Branch objectives/targets.
Ensure compliance and adherence to Bank policies and procedures and completion
of required operational effectiveness activities as they relate to but are not
limited to, privacy, money laundering and fraud. Assist with branch
administration and operations through completion of assigned tasks to ensure an
effectively and efficiently operating branch while creating capacity for the
sales team.
