Our client, located in Markham, is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator for a temporary assignment.

Responsibilities:
– Assisting Project Manager during implementation
– Order processing, scheduling and ensuring all deliverables are met
– Reports to management on quality assurance, project progress and customer relations
– Ensures all deadlines are being met according to customer expectations
– Being the main point of contact for customers
– Maintaining all meeting documentation
– Any other duties as required

The ideal candidate MUST have/be:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Previous experience in project coordination or project management assistance in IT or Technical deployment
– A degree in business or related field
– A good knowledge of MS Project and MS Visio
– Ability to problem solve and think analytically and creatively
– Excellent time management skills and details-oriented
