We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the Blueprint team. Working with our direct sales team, via phone and email, the Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for selling and marketing Blueprint offerings to new and existing customers as well as building and managing a pipeline of prospects from their prospecting activities and incoming inquiries.

The primary responsibilities for this position are:
Qualify In-Target accounts and provide accurate detail to assist in the sales cycle.
Assist Sales Team to identify, nurture and develop opportunities with new and existing customers
Educate interested parties by providing overview of product offerings via phone and email.
Manage and maintain positive relationships with multiple prospects, outside sales executives, and partners.
Help to execute a Target Account Program
Manage contact and lead activity using company standard CRM tools
Maintain a working knowledge of company products The successful candidate will not only have a passion sales and marketing but they must also have:

Skills at cold calling and prospecting to identify new business opportunities
Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C level executives
Good working understanding of a common sales cycle, with experience in discovery, and prospect education
Attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and be highly organized
Knowledge enterprise software in general is an asset
Two years’ experience in a solution selling environment
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM preferred
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong business acumen, work ethics, and high integrity
Flexibility as some travel may be required in this role
