Technical Support Specialist (Part time/Full time)
Bittele Electronics is a new, well-established and growing internet company. We take pride in being one of the leading electronics manufacturers in Ontario, Canada. We serve customers worldwide but mainly in USA and Canada. With a production facility in China and sales office in Toronto since 2008, we are securing a strong brand and reputation in low volume Turn-key PCB assembly in the EMS industry. Currently, we require a Technical Support Specialist to assist Sales to meet our yearly sales target. Salary is dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities (not exhaustive)

• To help quote new inquiries.
• Working with the overseas team to resolve all engineering questions.
• Communicating all production issues with clients to get orders executed effectively.
• Developing Knowledge Base, procedures and online support tools to improve service efficiency.
• BOM pricing and parts procurement.
• Technical copywriting to meet company internet marketing needs.

Qualifications

• Technologist or technician diploma in an Electronics Technologist, Technical or Engineering program.
• Knowledge of schematics and PCB design.
• Hands-on knowledge of various electronic components.
• Strong oral and written English or Spanish communication skills with a technical mindset.
• Strong skills with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Publisher would be an asset.
