About Us We’re a Toronto-based tech startup changing the way people think about media distribution. There’s a lot that goes into getting your favourite movies and TV shows to the places you like to watch them. Our flagship product CineSend is a web app that producers and distributors use to securely archive and send movies and TV shows around the world – from movie theatres to Netflix. Our second product, Festily , is a productivity tool used by the most prestigious film festivals in the world to receive films for the big screen. CineSend and Festily are powerhouses in digital media distribution.

Opportunity We’re looking for a talented Support Representative to join our Customer Success team. Your role will be to create a second-to-none customer experience for CineSend users, growing our reputation as the most trusted vendor for secure digital media distribution in the film and television industries. The level of customer service you provide will be proactive rather than reactive. You’ll use your creativity to assist customers far beyond their expectations, exemplifying the level at which we value our customers and their work. You’ll take the lead to gather customer feedback and grow a comprehensive CRM database. Our team will rely on your input to improve our products and services.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Provide moderately complex customer and technical support through email and phone communication
  • Guide customers through the app with a positive support experience, ensuring customer retention and growth
  • Log customer interactions and user experience issues in CRM database
  • Analyze collected data and proactively identify opportunities to increase purchases
  • Assist in highlighting products and features to new and existing customers via various forms of communication
  • Track and follow up with major orders, providing tailored customer service
  • Liaise with our Development team to suggest feature updates and improvements

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service within the professional sector
  • Bachelors degree or college diploma in relevant field
  • Confident and enthusiastic communicator with clear writing skills
  • Ambitious and motivated team player
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, especially with CRM tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet close deadlines
  • Knowledge of the film and television industries
