Role
Big Bang ERP is seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator to be part of our fast-growing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Junior Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the internal and external marketing and communications material including but not limited to blog posts, case studies, monthly eNewsletters and promotional emails. Event coordination and potential participation is also part of the Junior Marketing Coordinator’s role. Primary Responsibilities
Participate in creating lead generation strategy
Update client lists and other customer-related data within our ERP/CRM including list segmentation
Proactively manage marketing collateral inventory
Prepare and present marketing collateral estimates and budgets
Coordinate and produce blog posts and other editorial-type content in English and French
Write customer success stories, white papers, ebooks, etc.
Maintain corporate presentation decks and supporting sales material
Create content for internal and external eNewsletters
Monitor and make recommendations to the Big Bang ERP brand
Act as a brand ambassador by participating in the company’s social media initiatives
Participate in industry in-person or virtual events
Edit Graphic images, create infographics and prepare business cards Qualifications and Requirements
Strong English & French language speaking, writing and editing skills
Fundamental knowledge of HTML editing, email marketing, and CRM
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
Bachelor’s degree, Certificate or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising or a related discipline
6 Months – 1 Year of related internship or work experience
Amazing time management and team communication skills
Comfortable using technology such as Skype, Zoom, Gsuite, etc.
Experience participating in social media communities such as LinkedIn, Instagram Facebook, and Twitter Attitudes and Skills
Strong writing, communication, and editing skills
A passion for visual and graphic design
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Social personality and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Tact and diplomacy – to consistently maintain a positive company image
Team player
