We are seeking Claims Document Support Assistants for a 3 month contract position with ICBC.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Post-secondary education (degree, certificate, diploma) or equivalent combination of education and a minimum of 2 years administrative experience in an office environment
  • Strong customer services skills
  • Ability to multi task and exercise initiative and good judgement
  • Proactive and ability to prioritize
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands, volumes, and schedules

Key Job Requirements/Criteria

  • The ability to acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the relevant corporate and department policies, procedures and systems.
  • Business English, grammar, punctuation and spelling.
  • The ability to sit for prolonged periods while performing administrative tasks including typing duties while working well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to successfully handle routinely repetitive work requiring focus and accuracy

Assessment Requirements

  • Minimum typing 35 wpm @ 90% accuracy
  • Minimum data entry 5,000 nkph @ 95% accuracy

$ 17.85 (+ 18.8 % in lieu of benefits/vacation)
