This full time position is an exceptional career opportunity within the automotive industry, and is suited for an individual seeking a profession rather than “a job”. This team player will be well organized, highly motivated, and have a keen eye for detail. Experience in the detailing industry would be an asset, although not a requirement. More importantly, a positive and enthusiastic approach to leadership will be the key to our team’s success in delivering outstanding customer service and quality workmanship.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Detail Production Manager in supervising a high volume detail shop, generating in excess of 1.5 million dollars in sales annually. This team player will help coach and develop 12-14 employees, monitor production, develop and implement processes for efficiency, ensure top quality workmanship, analyze production, and manage costs.
