Hours of Work: 20 to 28 hours per week, overnights

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner with the goal of maintaining lifelong customers. The members of this team will be responsible to provide support for all afterhours complaints and inquiries through channels including, email, ticket and social media.


Reporting to the Customer Operations Specialist, the Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Overnight) will be working on assigned brands to:

  • Be the first level of afterhours customer support through email, ticket and social media in a timely and courteous fashion
  • Investigate issues and complete follow up with the customer
  • Resolve customer concerns in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and forward CS tracker to Customer Operations Specialist at the end of every shift
  • Escalate customer concerns when required by creating a ticket with L2 support

  • Ability to work flexible hours, overnights and weekends from home
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent focus, attention to detail and follow-through required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • English proficiency for the Toronto positions, Bilingual in French and English for Montreal positions

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
