The Revenue Solutions Branch in the Ministry of Finance provides oversight to the Revenue Services BC contract and to the Canada-BC Student Loan Administrative Integration Agreement.
The Revenue Solutions Branch has an opportunity for an Analyst with strong stakeholder relations skills and excellent attention to detail. The Analyst ensures that the services provided by out-sourced service delivery partners meet the needs of government program areas. This is done by participating in the development and monitoring of the Relationship and Performance Management team’s performance framework, and by holding regular operational oversight meetings with clients. Ongoing relationship building with clients and service providers, issues management, reporting, project leadership and participation, and building knowledge of clients’ business are key roles. The services provided by the out-sourced service providers include receivables management, billings, collection, and adjudication of requests for assistance, and document and payment handling.
