The Assistant Director, Digital Experience supports the Director, Digital Experience and Communication Services in overseeing visual communications service, plan web site management, and the ongoing development and evolution of a cohesive digital experience for member and employer interactions via digital service delivery channels.

Selection Criteria:

  • Post-secondary degree in Graphic or Visual Communication Design, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related discipline OR an equivalent combination of related experience, education and training may be considered.
  • User Experience Design certification required.
  • A minimum of five years demonstrated practical experience in user experience and digital service design.
  • Project team experience including a solid understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.
