Job description
The quality coordinator will support the team of Quality Assurance in achieving its objectives through various activities.
Responsibilities
Continuous improvement involvement:
Facilitate the activities of the room for continuous improvement of the Quality sector.
Identify the causes of specific problems using the process “Problem Solving – LEAN”.
Make and monitor the corrective and Preventive Action Programme associated with audits of various departments and customer complaints.
Certify products accompanying auditors different approval agencies.
Auditing of suppliers :
Propose improvements in inspection technicals at the reception
Develop performance statistics (KPI)
Develop supplier certification program
Contribute to keep good relations with suppliers through meetings, monitoring and reporting.
Credit application processing:
Assess the demand for credit based on established requirements
Manage returned parts
Create, analyze and present statistics related to credit applications and make recommendations.
Management of customer complaints
Perform data entry, make assignments and to ensure their follow
Prepare and conduct meetings associated with customer complaints
Baths Certification Program:
Supporting the auditors of third parties
Show the evidence and reports required to inspectors
Required qualifications
Have a college degree in industrial engineering or a recognized quality training;
Bilingual ( English / French) ;
Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles ;
Possess project management experience;
Minimum of 5 years experience as in a manufacturing environment;
Have knowledge of composite materials / plastics / thermoforming, an asset;
Knowledge of inventory management software ( Navision ) is an asset.
