Support the in-store customer experience by performing CSL duties, maintaining a selling focus and supporting all aspects of store operations, including maintaining visual standards and opening/closing routines.

Overview of Role and Responsibilities:
(The Primary Position Responsibilities outlined below are not intended to be all-inclusive and additional responsibilities may be required depending on the volume and complexity of the store.)

Build Talent – Attract, hire, develop, inspire and retain top talent.

Helping to lead selling and service efforts as the CSL during scheduled shifts

Aid SLT to train, coach and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience

Ensure associates consistently execute to the selling model

Assist store management in conducting new associate onboarding and sales training

Build Capability – Analyze the business, create and communicate clear action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operational activities.

Support adherence to all company policies, procedures and guidelines in the absence of the Store Manager or Co-Manager

Assist in meeting payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and maintaining a selling focus

Help ensure associates receive scheduled breaks and meal periods (per state specific guidelines)

When needed help perform opening/closing routines

Assist with inventory organization duties as directed by management

Execute designated functions on the POS/registers in the absence of Store Manager or Co-Manager

Build the Brand – Build a store environment that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional in-store shopping experiences.

Model the company’s selling and customer experience standards

Display expert knowledge of product, company policies and store/company strategies

Help drive customer loyalty by consistently executing appropriate selling behaviors

Provide assistance with floorsets, window changes, visual presentation standards, signage placement, etc.

Assist in resolving customer service matters in the absence of the Store Manager or Co-Manager

Qualifications

Demonstrated sales accountability

Customer service experience 6 months minimum

Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers and supervisors

Availability for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing and peak shifts

Supervisory experienced preferred
