This position reports to the Regional Manager and is located In Winnipeg
Main challenges:
Support the branch by performing administrative tasks that require thorough knowledge of operational procedures and activities
You will conduct various operational tasks, including a certain level of complexity, using procedures or information specific to National Bank Financial. You will also perform clerical activities and operational tasks for the branch
Specifically you will:
Answer phone calls at the reception desk, welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate branch employee
Back up for administrative work when necessary
Daily banking deposits and arranging couriers
Order office supplies & stationery
Manage and assist with booking conference rooms
Distribution of internal and external mail
Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Vocational diploma or Attestation of Collegial Studies in secretarial studies or office technology and one year of relevant experience or secondary school diploma and 30 months’ relevant experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Willingness to provide excellent service to customers quickly and efficiently
Good organizational skills
Autonomy, initiative and attention to detail
Bilingualism both spoken and written (English and French) is an asset
