Position:
Accounts Payable Clerk – Part Time
Location:
Mississauga, ON

Verifying packing slips to vendor invoices. Entering Accounts Payable information into the accounting system. Follow up with vendors for missing invoices….

Maximum 20 hours per week – 5 days x 4 hours per day

Responsibilities:
Verifying packing slips to vendor invoices
Entering Accounts Payable information into the accounting system
Follow up with vendors for missing invoices
Check vendor statement against AR report
Prepare employee expense claims
Filing
Assisting with ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications:
University or College Degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient in MS Office
Advanced Excel skills
Experience working in manufacturing environment an asset
Excellent oral and written English
Able to work well under pressure
Results oriented
Well organized and able to meet deadlines
Knowledge of Navision – preferred
