We are currently looking for candidates to interview for a receptionist position in our Mississauga clinic. In addition to the below, the successful candidate will be required to work occasional evenings and weekends. A vehicle is a MUST as candidates may be required to travel to our sister hospital which is in Milton.

• Professionally answer telephone, screen and direct calls to appropriate person within the clinic
• Take calls, document, and relay messages for doctors
• Schedule appointments/follow ups for clients
• Greet persons/pets entering clinic
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Ability to multitask is imperative
• Ensure examination rooms are prepped and ready for clients
• Confirm/Schedule appointments and instruct clients on any requirements for appointment
• Prepare and submit insurance claims on behalf of clients
• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Complete client transactions and settle/balance account at the end of day
• Make reminder phone calls to clients

Required experience:

• Reception experience: 2 years

Required license or certification:

• Drivers License – MANDATORY
