Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and lead our enterprise applications program management and development teams including driving the direction for developing application platform roadmaps and strategies that are suited to business needs
  • Oversee the solution design within and across application platforms ensuring integrity across the enterprise landscape
  • Develop and implement a measurement program to track and drive program performance and successes
  • Working with our IS Delivery Services team, ensure program alignment with other IS and enterprise initiatives; contribute to the overall IS roadmap by identifying interdependencies, risks, assumptions and resource impacts
  • Working with Service Desk and Infrastructure teams, establish a service-oriented approach to application service design and support
  • Contribute to IS portfolio knowledge and make change recommendations; oversee technology research and assessments to identify enterprise solutions for best strategic, functional and technical fit
  • An expert in ERP and CRM practices and platform technologies, lead by example to provide operational leadership in execution and delivery to the business
  • Oversee program managers in vendor relationship management including product roadmap and customer programs knowledge; participation in relevant customer user groups
  • Coach to clarify assignments and deliverables to team members; review quality of work and manage integration of team members’ work; conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship and support to set performance and career development goals
  • Maintain appropriate professional designations and up-to-date knowledge of current information technology techniques and tools


  • Minimum 8 years’ experience of successfully leading applications programs working with senior business stakeholders and related vendors
  • Well versed in ERP and CRM practices and technology platforms
  • A highly effective hands-on practitioner with clear track record of successful delivery and management
  • Ability to proactively identify problems / circumvent roadblocks to deliver solutions on time; Ability to implement smart strategic solutions with the urgency needed to create momentum
  • Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional stakeholder service and developing plans and strategies that anticipate future organizational needs and expectations
  • Highly effective and constructive people leadership and performance management skills
  • Ability to lead by example and set required performance standards
  • Self-starter with ability to self-manage at required service and work performance standards; Able to set high standards for results, and once achieved, able to raise the standards even higher
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (reading, writing, listening, oral, presentation)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; Able to build strong and successful long-term working relationships, Able to facilitate and gain agreements without damaging relationships; lead by example
  • Some travel may be required

Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Solution Architecture experience in an SAP environment
  • Experience in a hyper-growth and/or manufacturing company
  • Experience in growing teams and successfully establishing new programs
