North Edmonton KIA is searching for a Jr. Advisor who is reliable and hardworking to join their service department team!

Requirements

• Act as product advisor related to automotive needs & requirements of a customer’s vehicle
• Be able to meet and exceed dealership and corporate targets
• Greeting customers in a friendly courteous manner both in person and on the phone
• Maintain dealership-client relationships through emails and phone calls reminding clients of service due
• Advise clients of vehicle needs and recommendations
• Create and close repair orders
• Process repair order payments
• confirming service appointments: confirming service needs, take note of issues for the service advisors, update any changes, confirm time, date and transportation needs with the clients
• Keep the customer informed on diagnosis of problems and cost of repair (s)
• Knowledge of and skill in selling maintenance programs
• Monitor and manage advisor appointments and shop time

Skills/Education

• Dealership Service Advisor experience
• Knowledge of ADP or Reynolds and Reynolds computer system s
• Strong Communication skill s
• Positive attitude
• High School diploma
• Time management skills
• Organizational abilities required
• Basic Computer skills
