ATELKA, the largest independent customer contact center in Canada is looking for a territory supervisor in Montreal to develop residential market of Videotron. ATELKA offers a complete range of customer care, telemarketing and back office services to large Canadian companies. Our business solutions are bilingual and cover all existing client contact platforms.
ATELKA currently employs more than 2,500 people across nine sites in Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
Your responsibilities as a territory supervisor are to ensure the team of sales representatives are meeting and exceeding sales objectives, maintain a proper coordination of the daily activities implemented to maximize sales while ensuring effective communication between the representatives and Videotron.

Responsibilities:
Manage, support and develop the team of sales representatives;
Prepare and implement group and individual sales strategies to meet objectives;
Monitor and ensure quality of sales made by the representatives;
Identify new opportunities, tools and events in order to increase sales;
Provide activities and sales report to the manager as needed;
Maintain and improve sales and professionnal abilities by assisting to training sessions offered by our partner and sales reunions
Deliver ongoing training to the representatives team when required;
Ensure proper work climate that will promote equity and harmony within the team

Availabilities:
Monday to Saturday from 9AM to 9PM, as needed
