ATELKA, the largest independent customer contact center in Canada is looking for team leaders for their Montreal site who wish to contribute to the success of the company. ATELKA offers a complete range of customer care, telemarketing and back office services to large Canadian companies. Our business solutions are bilingual and cover all existing client contact platforms. ATELKA currently employs more than 2,500 people across nine sites in Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

Your responsibilities as a team leader: -Responsible for coaching, training, motivating and mentoring agents; -Resolve escalated or sensitive customer issues in a professional and efficient manner; -Ensure all voicemail and email inquiries are addressed and resolved; -Provide on-the-spot support and training; -Manage employee break schedules & compliance; -Assist in the creation and maintenance of employee schedules; -Conduct sit-ins and remote monitoring to identify skill gaps; -Conduct performance reviews for agents and manage their professional development. Availability: Sunday to Saturday, from 7:30 to 22:00
