ATELKA, the largest independent customer contact center in Canada is looking for a recruiter in Sarnia who wish to contribute to the success of the company. ATELKA offers a complete range of customer care, telemarketing and back office services to large Canadian companies. Our business solutions are bilingual and cover all existing client contact platforms. ATELKA currently employs more than 2,500 people across nine sites in Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

As a recruiter, you must ensure the achievement of recruitment quotas of Sarnia by completing the various activities required. Responsibilities: Analyze the upcoming recruitment needs and define the proper hiring strategy plan Evaluate applications received in the database Conduct phone interviews Plan the interview calendar for selected candidates Conduct in-person interviews and select the right candidates for the required profile Host information session for new hires (business presentation, sign hiring documentation, icebreaker, etc.) Create and maintain candidates interest during hiring process until the start of employment Provide daily report of recruitment activities Maintain and improve recruiting techniques depending on the results and feedback from the training team Represent the company at events such as; job fairs, open houses, sponsored events, etc. Requirements: 1-2 years experience in recruitment Good judgement supported by a sense of analysis and synthesis Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated teamwork abilities and goal orientation Dynamic, autonomous and organizational skills
