Customer Service – Cirque du Soleil (Montreal – 1000 St Antoine St West) 23/06/2015 ATELKA, the largest independent customer contact center in Canada is looking for Customer Service Representatives for their Montreal site who wish to contribute to the success of the company by representing the Cirque du Soleil. ATELKA offers a complete range of customer care, telemarketing and back office services to large Canadian companies. Our business solutions are bilingual and cover all existing client contact platforms. ATELKA currently employs more than 2,500 people across nine sites in Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

Your responsibilities as a customer service representative are to respond to inquiries from customers by telephone and email on the sale of tickets, group packages, general inquiries and complaints. You also need to maintain and improve the relationship with customers and perform data entry as required.
