ATELKA, the largest independent customer contact center in Canada is looking for Customer Service Agents in Cornwall who wish to contribute to the success of the company. ATELKA offers a complete range of customer care, telemarketing and back office services to large Canadian companies. Our business solutions are bilingual and cover all existing client contact platforms. ATELKA currently employs more than 2,500 people across nine sites in Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

Your primary responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent are to handle calls and establish a relationship of trust with each client in effort to increase their level of satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for customer-oriented individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to meet aggressive goals. The successful candidate will: Respond in a professional manner to all business and consumer inquiries with accurate and appropriate information regarding products, services and procedures Probe customer needs utilizing multiple computer systems and adhering to established standards Own and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Adhere to the call structure standard (call flow) in order to provide service consistency with every contact Demonstrate diplomacy, empathy, patience, caring and positive energy on every contact Create a relationship of trust with every customer Properly document the reasons for the call and the steps taken Report issues and opportunities to team leader and ensure proper follow up Redirect caller to proper departments as and when appropriate. The ideal candidate should: Have general knowledge of Canadian Geography (provinces, major cities) Be motivated, enthusiastic and confident Speak English Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be skilled in forging a relationship of trust with customers Have experience in using computer programs, Windows applications, Internet, CRM Demonstrate tact and tenacity with customers and accurately record information Have the ability to work with minimal supervision, exercising initiative, and independent judgement Be punctual and available full time.

Availabilities: Sunday to Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00pm As part of the selection process, the selected candidates will be required to complete a security screening process.
