THE OPPORTUNITY:
Working directly with our Manager of Agriculture Financing, the Agriculture Business Analyst student will gain a solid understanding of our sales offerings and selling process with strong exposure to both the front and back end of business banking for agriculture clients – everything from loan processing and approvals to underwriting and front line interaction, as well as research project work focusing on future potential strategic initiatives. This opportunity is a great way to get a feel for the challenging and rewarding career paths within business banking for those with a farming and agriculture background and an entrepreneurial mindset!

Job Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Research, data analytics and composition of documents related to ag credit policy
  • Obtaining data for specific agriculture markets; gathering information and updating knowledge guides and wiki documents.
  • Ability to stand up, speak out, and identify opportunities for change
  • Eagerness to roll up your sleeves, take on and seek out new challenges
  • An innovative, digital and entrepreneurial growth mindset. Someone works well in a virtual environment
  • Collaboration magnet, connecting and collaborating with diverse groups – people just LOVE working with you
  • You are customer obsessed and know how to deliver WOW to your customers and your teammates
  • Enrolled in a accredited post-secondary institution with strong preference given to those with a focus on agriculture or farming studies
