ATA Retail Services is hiring for permanent, Very Part-Time Supervisor position. This position will manage the merchandising of general merchandise items displayed on clipstrips & j-hooks in specific areas in supermarkets.

COMPENSATION:
HOURLY RATE BASED ON EXPERIENCE
$.40 km after 20 km round trip
Drive time compensation when travel time exceeds 60 minutes round trip
While hours are not GUARANTEED, you will typically AVERAGE about 18-30 hours a WEEK.
(MORE HOURS ARE REQUIRED IN THE FIRST COUPLE OF MONTHS)

As one of our merchandisers, your responsibilities will include maintaining proper inventory levels, ordering, and stocking impulse merchandise according to each store’s specifications using ATA’s merchandising program.

Our Supervisors are responsible for hiring, training and mentoring merchandisers, maintaining high level of communication through email, phone messaging, and personal contact.

Note: This position will supervises the Province/ Island of Newfoundland to include; Bay Roberts, Carbonear, Conception Bay South, Stephenville, Corner Brook, Gander, Gander Falls, Marystown, Clarenville and all areas within these . Total Supervisor area has approximately 14 stores and 8 merchandisers.
