1.4 CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTSScope of Services and Deliverables – The Services and Deliverables to be provided by the Vendor will include the following:

Client requires flexible part-time Level 3, Task-based Consultant to provide technical Subject Matter Expertise for the QMatic cloud based queuing system and perform the function of a Logistics Specialist to work on the ServiceOntario Queuing System configuration and rollout. The major deliverable will be to perform all logistics-related tasks to ensure the successful installation of a new queuing system at the ServiceOntario retail offices across the Province.This project requires working in conjunction with project team and partners, including, Citizen Services Transformation (CST), Retail Office Branch (ROB), Queuing System Vendor, Infrastructure Technology Services (ITS), Facilities and Corporate Resource Management.

The project requires a resource with extensive experience in providing Cloud-based Queuing Subject Matter Expertise, Service Center deployment logistics, networking experience (i.e. firewalls, wiring standards, repeaters, network appliances, etc.), Queuing video & audio equipment, self-serve Kiosks, Desktop OS level expertise, PCI Compliance, AODA Compliance, Troubleshooting, and extensive knowledge of the Retail Offices desktop environment.

This resource must have flexible availability to: (1) perform work outside of normal business hours, including weekends, and (2) to accommodate a shifting project workload expected to be between 2-4 days a week based upon project needs.

- Provide technical leadership on all logistics activities to a high-profile queuing solution rollout phase.

- Provide reporting as required on SO sites prep work as required

- Lead communication between GSIC, ServiceOntario and other key stakeholders such as ITS, Telus, third party vendors for deployment dependencies.

- Provide expertise and consulting to related, dependent projects in order to meet program objectives.

- Provide leadership of the logistics effort for ServiceOntario’s queuing system replacement.

- Ensure site readiness for deployment

- Engage with Stakeholders to address and resolve issues and problems

- Provide after-hours and weekend technical support

- Provide QMatic queuing technology Subject Matter Expertise with Cloud-based Queuing Subject Matter Expertise.

- Obtain required sign-offs for all related deliverables.

- Report weekly on status and progress to assigned project manager

- Provide PCI expertise to the team

- Participate in project meetings which may include issuing of agendas, documenting minutes and following up on action items with the team for all logistics activities

- Transfer knowledge to Full-Time resources as required

- Provide input to AODA requirements related to retail sites

- Coordinate project meetings including issuing of agendas, documenting minutes and following up on action items with the team for all logistics activities

- Assist in preparation of presentations and communications (e.g. briefing notes) for Steering Committees, working teams, briefings, etc.

- Provide PCI expertise to the team? Related duties as assigned.
