Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication intrapersonal and interpersonal skills
  • Efficient organizational and time management skills
  • Interest or background in health/wellness considered an asset
  • Anatomy background
  • Must be comfortable in using database software and Microsoft
  • Valid Driver’s License necessary
  • Mobile phone must have data capability

Brace Fitter/Direct patient care:

  • Working directly with the client/patient to educate them on their injury
  • Fitting the patient with the best product for their needs
  • Being Empathetic
  • It is expected that employees are proficient to fit and be knowledgeable with all of the products that we carry. Although training is provided, it is expected that employees take initiative to learn and understand products
  • Following customer care fitting protocols, which includes providing follow up appointments and calls
  • Cross marketing of products and services when applicable
  • Must be cross-trained on all administration
  • Some administration work – Letter writing, inventory, billing
