In Office

• Set up job, prepare summary of work to be sent to appropriate trade, obtain pricing as required
• Attend weekly safety/progress update/warranty meetings

In Office/On Jobsite

• Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and trades
• Organize/manage trades and materials to site
• Schedule trades and deliveries from suppliers
• Liaison between office and trades, communicate with trades on a continuous basis to ensure efficiency and completion targets, communicate with office on a continuous basis
• Schedule city inspections as required, including final inspections
• Maintain quality control on site
• Manage/Organize paperwork and photos as required
• Ensure work is completed as per specs
• Organize and coordinate year end warranty work

On Jobsite

• Direct/supervise trades as needed
• Maintain site safety paperwork
• Ensure trades are complying with site and safety rules, maintaining site cleanliness
• Conduct electrical walk through with clients
• Tour clients through job site as required
• Conduct possession walk throughs
• Maintain safety signage, complete all required safety paperwork
• Maintain Arlt Homes signage on all jobsites and lots
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Vehicle
• Cell Phone
• Handy Person able to address small jobs as required

Willing to obtain a First Aid Certificate

• Construction: 1 year

• Class 5 Drivers License
